Sofas must be inspected thoroughly on arrival. Returns are not accepted — no exceptions. If your sofa arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

Delivery Terms
Delivery fees depend on distance and access requirements (stairs/elevator). Quotes are provided at checkout based on your specific address.
- Free delivery zone: 15 miles from Philadelphia Center City
- Extended delivery: $3 per mile beyond free zone
- Stair fees: Additional charges for flights of stairs
- White Glove: Professional setup and placement included
- Removal: Optional old furniture removal service available
